Your mission
As UK Sales & Business Development Manager at AIPERIA , you will play a key role in the expansion of our innovative AI solutions into the UKI market. By building customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities, you will contribute to the sustainable optimisation of the food retail supply chain. An insight into your tasks:

Market development and strategic development: developing and implementing a strategic plan for AIPERIA's market growth in the UK, identifying new business opportunities and building a strong presence.

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively identify, approach and manage new customers in the UK market and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Partnership development: Establish and maintain partnerships with key industry players to promote AIPERIA's market presence and mission.

Product presentation and solution design: Presenting and adapting AIPERIA's AI-based solutions to customers' specific requirements in order to optimise their processes and reduce waste.

Market analysis and competitive intelligence: Regularly analysing industry trends and the competitive landscape in the UKI market to strengthen AIPERIA's market position.

Collaboration with internal teams: Close coordination with the product development, marketing and customer success teams to ensure optimal implementation of the business strategy.
Your profile
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in business development or sales, ideally in the tech, retail or supply chain sector; a degree in business administration, marketing or a similar field is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence, with a strategic and hands-on mindset.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Confident in using CRM tools and interested in AI-powered solutions, sustainability and innovation in food retail.
  • Business fluent in English.
