Because we believe in thinking sideways. And right now, we’re looking for a sideways-thinking Chief of Staff.

Our long-term goals are exceptionally ambitious – to become the trusted open source data platform for everyone. That means we have to be bold, creative and lateral thinkers, always happy to come at issues from sideways angles. And to take ownership of what we do.

Right now, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO, with the right blend of skills and lateral thinking approach to help us achieve our goals.

As well as simplifying complexities, driving critical thinking and leading the execution of ideas, you will add to the leaders vision and guide the organizational priorities.

Chief of Staff Responsibilities

• "Right hand" to the CEO, improving execution capacity and representing the CEO in daily operations
  
  
• Collaborate with leadership to craft organizational vision, strategy, and efficiency
  
  
• Review and refine executive goals and execution plans, promoting focused initiatives
  
  
• Translate strategy into actionable goals, ensure accountability, and expedite decision-making
  
  
• Coordinate and lead programmes of work, integrating workstreams that would otherwise be siloed
  
  
• Act as a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization
  
  
• Drive prioritization of organization-wide initiatives, facilitating delivery through other leaders
  
  
• Integral member of the senior leadership team
