The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns, ensuring their seamless execution, and achieving our strategic business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developer relations, sales, and product, to develop and implement impactful campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive customer engagement. You will report into the Global Campaign Lead.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with various teams to define campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the regional marketing team to develop ABM programs at scale.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to manage campaign workflows, track performance, and optimize results.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including email, social media, webinars, and paid digital.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign metrics, evaluate performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines and budget constraints.
  • Create target account strategy and vertical segmentation with an Enterprise focus.
  • Utilize SFDC to segment regions, create and track customized campaigns, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B campaign management including building, optimizing, and optimizing various demand generation programs, such as: paid media, email, webinars, events, nurture, and SEO
  • Ability to build campaigns around a technical product and with messaging that resonates with Executives, IT leaders, Product Owners, and other identified personas within targeted buying committees
  • Proven track record developing & managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that lead to pipeline generation and deal velocity through integrated campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems, Pardot experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and tailor them to different target audiences
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive innovative marketing initiatives
  • Experience leading without authority
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and creative with strong project management, ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in high-growth SaaS or database industry
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with ability to present complex technical ideas in a simple, straightforward manner
  • Proven ability to collaborate as part of a cross functional team and work autonomously
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
