The Role
We are seeking a Lead People Partner to join our People Partnering team in London. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business forward by supporting our Revenue Operations and Customer Growth functions.
As a trusted advisor and strategic ally to managers and senior leadership, you will translate business goals into effective people strategies, ensuring that leadership and organizational development initiatives enable business success. Your primary focus will be to empower leaders, drive change, and support scalable growth within Revenue Operations and Customer Growth functions.
Our People team spans the globe and we work collaboratively across our main offices and smaller hubs as well as our remote communities. For this role, our preference is that this person is based close to London.
Responsibilities:
- People Strategy Development: Collaborate with fellow People team members and Revenue Operations and Customer Growth function’s leadership to create and implement people strategies that support business goals.
- Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching and feedback to leaders to enhance their capabilities and ensure effective leadership practices and decision making.
- Organizational Health Initiatives: Work with Revenue Operations and Customer Growth function’s leadership teams to develop strategies that promote a healthy and equitable work environment.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders and Talent team members on workforce planning, ensuring future capability and capacity needs are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with critical stakeholders across the business, providing insights and advice on people-related matters.
- Providing data-informed guidance Utilize data to provide insights on workforce trends, organizational health, and performance management to enable informed decision-making.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Stakeholder Influence and Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Data Analytics and Metrics: Proficiency in analysis of people data to provide insights and inform decision-making.
- Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer-centric approaches to align people strategies with business needs.
- Agile and Product Methodologies: Experience with agile, PX, change or product methodologies to drive efficient and effective project execution.
- Strategic Thinking and Insight: Capability to think strategically and provide insights that align with business objectives.
- Resilience: Ability to manage change and navigate complex situations with resilience and adaptability.
- Previous experience partnering with C-level executive(s).
