Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated expert for managing projects or programs of multiple projects or initiatives. This would involve working with large and complex customers and partners to help create effective oversight and alignment which will help drive the success across our partners and customer network.
While we do have an abundance of technical skills and great solution engineers at Aleph Alpha, what we now need is continuous drive and management toward overall business results and delivery excellence in our large customer engagements.
Your responsibilities:
Develops and manages program roadmaps, aligning projects with strategic business goals.
Oversees multiple project teams, ensuring program objectives are met across various initiatives.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for enterprise software projects and programs.
Drives project and program progress. Ensure to meet set timelines and business goals, while adhering to planned budget.
Estimates, designs, plans, and staff projects and programs.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers, partners, and clients to define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Implements and maintains program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across projects and programs.
Provides regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensures compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Manages the solution implementation project lifecycle, from planning, implementing, testing, deployment, and stabilizing to support and handover.
Drives continuous improvement in project and program management processes.
Your profile:
7+ years of experience in project and program management in enterprise software environments
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with enterprise software applications, particularly ERP, SCM or CRM systems
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
