Overview:

We are seeking a Security Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and scaling of our IAM infrastructure, ensuring that it is aligned with the latest security standards and practices. You will also act as a key point of contact for security audits, compliance, and internal team support on IAM-related projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Further develop and maintain our IAM system, with a particular focus on Zitadel, while ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.

• Provide ongoing support to various teams, assisting them in integrating with and utilizing the IAM system.

• Ensure that our IAM system is compliant with ISO27001 and other industry standards, following the best practices for secure identity and access management.

• Implement custom integrations with customer identity systems when needed, tailoring solutions for specific client requirements.

• Represent the product and security team in security audits, questionnaires, and compliance assessments.

• Serve as the technical lead for the IAM team when required, guiding projects and helping to shape IAM strategy within the company.

Your Profile:

• You have 2+ years of experience working as a Security Engineer.

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems using tools such as Zitadel, Okta, Auth0, and Keycloak. Experience with authorization tools like AuthZed is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of cryptography, Zero Trust Security Models, and experience ensuring compliance with ISO27001 standards.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages in our tech stack: Python, Rust, or experience working with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.

• Strong communication skills, able to work across teams, and able to lead IAM-related initiatives.
