Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for two new colleagues to support our growing Talent Acquisition team with high volume recruiting for the Sales or Tech department. You will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment activities driving the organization's growth and supporting key business initiatives. This role involves partnering with business leaders, and implementing innovative recruitment practices to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Your Responsibilities:
Full-cycle, data-driven, best-in-class recruitment for a dedicated team area (Sales or Tech) with a strong focus on candidate experience
Drive recruitment priorities by working closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
Build and nurture a talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively source top talent, and develop relationships with potential candidates to support ongoing talent needs
Support the team on Talent Acquisition projects (e.g. interviewer trainings, employer branding initiatives)
Your profile:
Relevant experience in high volume recruiting for either Sales or Tech roles, ideally in a hyper growth environment
Strong business acumen and interest in tech topics like AI
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (we use Ashby) and other recruitment technology
You are fluent in English; German is a plus
