Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative working student to support our sales team with a variety of operational and strategic tasks. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain experience in sales within the industrial or retail sectors in a fast-paced startup environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by preparing and structuring internal meetings, tracking follow-up actions, and streamlining manual processes for greater efficiency.
Create, edit, and manage sales documents, including presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring alignment with our brand standards in format, tone, and accuracy.
Maintain and update customer and sales data within Salesforce, ensuring a high level of accuracy across all CRM activities.
Track and manage key sales metrics and pipeline progress, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Use Confluence to organize and maintain internal sales documentation, making key information easily accessible and well-structured for the team.
Regularly update content, including text and visuals, to ensure all sales-related materials are current, relevant, and effectively presented.
Your Profile:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology).
Good understanding of AI technologies is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce for CRM activities is a plus.
Familiarity with Confluence for content management is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and lead initiatives with confidence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is essential.
