The Role

We are on the route to transform our legacy mobile (smartphone) centric repair business towards a diversified service portfolio addressing the entire lifecycle of (mostly) electronic hardware products across multiple industry verticals.
One focus area is to enrich our value proposition and service offerings with new Digital platform services and innovative solutions to control and reduce Carbon emissions, both quite unique in the After Market Services space.

As part of the company’s core team, you are responsible for enforcing the business strategy and supporting the growth by enduring advancement of the company’s value proposition, solutions and service offering – majoring in the Digital Platform Services and Carbon Solutions.

  • Drive the company’s transformation and growth strategy by developing and advancing leading edge value propositions and solutions together with the CEO and Head of Sales
  • You are used to breaking down complex problems into a clear structure
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop comprehensive plans to penetrate these markets effectively, expanding our market share
  • Lead and oversee the Services and Solutions Design in the company
  • Moderation and facilitation of strategy discussions and product & tech roadmaps
  • Develop, implement, and execute a growth-focused sales strategy. This includes setting sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Steer and give the direction for Marketing, Website, Social Media and Campaigns by managing external marketing agents and freelancer
  • Contribute to the Sales Success by supporting Sales with collaterals, presentations, etc.

The Person

We are looking for an ambitious individual with the right attitude and work ethic to help us move the business forward. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about driving and leading change, he/she will enjoy and believe in working with others to achieve and deliver outstanding results, forward thinking, and developing new solutions.

  • Solid work experience in project management, management consulting, sales & marketing, or comparable role; ideally in the SaaS industry
  • Open and positive attitude towards working within an international team
  • Very good knowledge of strategic management and transformation management
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across various functions and execute project plans in a dynamic environment…
  • Fluent in English verbal and written, any additional language is a plus
