Service & SCM Specialist

B2X has a global repair supplier base of Repair Service Vendors in 80 countries, which carries out several million repairs p.a. of phones from multiple OEMs. Parts and swap units supply to the B2X repair network is the key enabler for consumer & trade customer satisfaction and low warranty cost. Therefore the timely material availability at those repair companies is mission critical.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of project-related tasks in the SCMarea
  • Masterdata setup and maintenance for existingproject and NPI project with technical team and IT team.
  • Coordination in the inventory management, stock reconciliation process and related claim and problem resolving.
  • Coordination in defective parts return process, work with service manager, customers and 3rdparties to optimize the process.
  • Missing parts escalation supportand pending parts on hold (material shortage) analysis and improvement support.
  • Coordination and processing of RMAs from B2X repair partners and customers
  • Day-to-day management of B2X distribution partners and clarification of process or IT-related issues
  • Ensuring a seamless operation and a project-specific reporting in order to achieve maximum productivity and transparency
  • Clarification of cross-functional topics and process issues in cooperation with other supply chain teams, accounting and B2X’ service managers
  • Creation of performance analyses and KPI reports
  • Optimization of processes and IT setup for order & distribution management processes
  • Project support or sub-project management of supply chain projects

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree of Science Program or a comparable commercial or technical education combined with a documented minimum of 3 years of successful working experience in material planning and purchasing
  • Good knowledge of after sales processes
  • Strong organizational, analytical, self-management and goal setting skills.
  • Ability to build and lead a highly successful and dedicated team.
  • A high level of computer literacy.
  • Fluent in Chineseand English verbal and writing,
