Service Delivery Manager (China)
The Role:
This is one of the most important and influential roles within the EMEA organization reporting directly to the Regional VP and being the main interface to both our key customer and the regional operations teams, responsible for delivering the commitment made to the customer.
This is a high-pressure complex but rewarding role with high levels of autonomy. To be successful in this Role you will need to be a highly skilled and experienced service operations professional, that can both see the bigger picture why being able to dig to the lowest level of details
Your key responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
- The delivery manager is required to plan and manage and incubate new business through supervision, solution and program development;
- Provide guidance and management for the operation team according to B2X standards, customer expectations, and processes.
- Continuously promote project development and support regional operational staff to ensure project completion.
- Support and promote the completion of all new businesses by providing operational design, solutions, analyzing gaps, and assessing risks.
- Monitor and achieve project KPI goals.
Communication:
- Regularly engage in continuous and effective communication with clients.
- Achieve cost-saving targets set by clients.
- Adhere to contract specifications.
Your qualifications / experience:
- Profound knowledge of service, repair and after-sales processes in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry
- Degree in a Master of Science program or a comparable well-founded technical and/or commercial education
- Minimum of 5 years of successful working experience in after-sales service (mobile phone repair)
- Excellent communications skills and superior negotiating and relationship management abilities and strong cross-cultural communication skills, combined with result orientation, assertiveness and resilience
- Experience with KPI reports handling and analysis
- Fluent English in written and spoken form
- Willingness to travel (this position requires up to 40% travel)
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
- Experience living in European countries is preferred
