The Role
You will target established and emerging brands who wish to develop innovative after-sales solutions and services, concentrating on both back-end and field service solutions across the Nordic region.
This role requires a strong and solutions focused sales hunter, encompassing a great deal of creativity, flexibility, a hands-on industry experience and a good knowledge about Platform as a Service (“PaaS”). You will be seen as an industry leader, having the ability to lead and direct the customer conversation from your previous experience in after sales.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Discover and cultivate new business opportunities with new logo customers
- Research and identify potential new customers and establish and strengthen connections across various levels of the organization
- Guide the sales journey, adhering to a structured approach through prospecting, initial contact, qualification. Client engagement. Solution proposal and closing new business
- Achieve sales and new business targets (revenue & margin)
- Lead and support the development of a compelling customer solution with your internal B2X team
- Create senior level and long-lasting industry relationships with key targets and prospects
- Support the onboarding of the new accounts and projects you have won
- Build, maintain and report your sales funnel and target customer list
- Represent the business at a senior level across trade shows & industry events
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to the executive team regarding market trends, new developments and competitor overviews
Additional Requirements

The right candidate will be enthusiastic about driving and leading new opportunities, he/she will enjoy and believe in working with others to achieve and deliver outstanding results.
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the post sales / after sales industry
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers
- Experience of leading and supporting the development of a compelling customer solution
- Deep market knowledge in at least one relevant industry vertical
- Conceptionally strong and analytic mindset to develop the compelling sales pitch
- Self-assured and persuasive appearance to talk with C-level business partners
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment and remote from piers
- Knowledge in PaaS/SaaS business rounds up your profile but is not mandatory
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, any additional language is a plus
