Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – Europe (m/f/d)

Remote-first | Europe (Germany preferred)

The Role

As Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will lead and own all commercial activities at B2X – from new business acquisition and key account development to solution design and go-to-market strategy. You carry full responsibility for revenue growth and will play a decisive role in shaping the next growth phase of B2X.

Your primary focus will be on winning new OEM customers and expanding strategic accounts across high-growth industries such as e-mobility, consumer electronics, payment systems, and retail automation. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO and operate as a core member of the leadership team.

B2X has successfully completed its turnaround and is now entering an acceleration phase. The CSO will build a strong, scalable commercial engine and help evolve B2X from an operations-led organization into a commercially driven European growth platform.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role in a remote-first European team, offering full ownership of sales strategy, strong autonomy, and direct influence on the company’s growth and exit trajectory.


Scope of Responsibility

As CSO, you will drive B2X’s commercial growth across Europe, leading sales, solution design, and account management for a business with approximately €30 million in annual revenue.

  • Own and deliver the overall revenue target
  • Secure new logos while deepening and expanding strategic OEM accounts
  • Shape pricing, margin structures, and go-to-market strategies
  • Scale a recurring, service-based revenue model
  • Build the commercial foundation to support a successful shareholder exit within two years

You will operate in a business with strong momentum, a growing core business (>50% growth), and a customer base of around a dozen major OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2X’s overall sales and go-to-market strategy
  • Own the end-to-end sales funnel, pipeline build-up, forecasting, and deal closure
  • Personally open and close strategic OEM opportunities
  • Define sales targets, KPIs, account plans, and pricing strategies
  • Lead, hire, mentor, and scale the sales and account management organization
  • Integrate solution design and account management into a unified commercial setup
  • Use market intelligence and competitive insights to refine positioning and offerings
  • Act as senior commercial counterpart to OEM C-level stakeholders
  • Represent B2X at executive meetings, negotiations, and industry events

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in solution-oriented OEM and major retail sales, including multi-year, multi-country contracts
  • Strong experience driving revenue growth in the €15–20m+ range, with clear margin accountability
  • Deep understanding of after-sales services, logistics, repair, field operations, and partner ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in opening new markets and launching innovative service propositions
  • Strong capability in structuring complex, service-based value propositions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to combine strategy and hands-on execution
  • Experience managing and expanding large-scale contracts including warranty, logistics, and after-sales support
  • Solid understanding of reverse logistics and return processes
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
  • Based in Europe, preferably Germany
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first setup across European time zones
