The Role

As our Founding GTM, you are the engine behind Bayshore's top-of-funnel growth. You build and run the systems, sequences, and presence that make sure the right people know Bayshore - before we ever call them. This is not a role where campaigns are handed to you. You design the outreach motion, make it measurable, and improve it continuously.

You will work closely with Philipp and Leonard to convert pipeline into meetings and meetings into qualified opportunities. You own both dimensions of pipeline generation: outbound sequencing and inbound through events, conferences, and content. Additionally, you take full ownership of the data infrastructure that makes it all visible and measurable. Much of this needs to be built from scratch.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative without being asked, holds themselves to a high standard, and finds it unacceptable to not know what's working and why. What You'll Do

Outbound

  • Design and run structured outbound sequences across LinkedIn, email, and compliance communities with clear ICP targeting, messaging frameworks, and performance tracking

  • Research and build prospect lists: CCOs, Heads of Compliance, General Counsel at large enterprises across financial services, insurance, industrials, and pharma

  • Identify new pipeline channels, test them systematically, and double down on what works

Inbound

  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right person for first calls

  • Own conference and event presence end-to-end: identify relevant compliance events, manage logistics, prepare materials, and represent Bayshore on the ground

  • Support content and community efforts: LinkedIn posts, white paper distribution, webinars, Legal Tech community engagement

Pipeline and Operations

  • Build and maintain CRM (Attio) with clean, structured data - you make pipeline visible and accountable

  • Define and track top-of-funnel metrics across both inbound and outbound: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years in a BDR, sales ops, growth, or GTM role at a B2B software company

  • You have run outbound campaigns before, and you have the results to show for it

  • Metrics-driven: you track what you do, report on it clearly, and use data to improve - not knowing your numbers is not an option

  • Conference- and event-capable: comfortable representing Bayshore in a room full of CCOs

  • You build systems and playbooks - not just one-off actions

  • High initiative: you identify what needs to happen and make it happen without waiting to be told

  • Strong written communicator in both German and English

  • Genuine curiosity about AI and compliance

Nice to Have

  • Experience in legal tech, compliance, or a highly regulated industry

  • Existing network in the German compliance or legal community

  • Familiarity with Attio, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools

  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup
