The Role

As Founders Associate Intern, you'll be a force multiplier for the founding team. You'll work across operations, go-to-market, and product, owning high-priority projects and building scalable systems and processes the company can rely on.

This is a role for someone who can both run processes today and build better systems for tomorrow. Your mandate: create leverage where it matters most.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the founding team across product, operations, and go-to-market

• Drive cross-functional projects spanning product operations, go-to-market, and company building

• Take ownership of important internal operating processes and help turn them into scalable, reliable systems

• Run core workflows hands-on while identifying opportunities to improve, automate, and professionalize them

• Support hiring, team operations, GTM, and other business-critical functions

• Support investor relations, fundraising, and strategic communications

• Shape and execute go-to-market initiatives with enterprise customers and partners

What we are looking for

• Available for at least 3–6 months and preferably afterwards for full-time

• Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

• Curious about AI, law, and how trust is built in enterprise technology

• Hands-on executor with an urgency to improve and automate processes

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally inclined to create structure

• Experience in generalist, founder-facing, or operations-heavy roles (consulting, venture, or early-stage startups)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent written and spoken English (German is a strong advantage)
