About Binalyze and the Role:

Binalyze’s DFIR solutions are providing innovative new ways to incorporate digital forensics and incident response into the corporate security posture. Our Senior Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer role plays a pivotal part in bridging the technical brilliance of our company with the diverse needs of our valued customers. You will be the driving force behind delivering tailored technical recommendations, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and skillfully guiding customers throughout the sales process.

Your role will be instrumental in cultivating strong customer relationships, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction, and firmly establishing Binalyze's market presence.

You'll be involved in the following activities (and a whole lot more!)

  • Development and delivery of technical product demonstrations and presentations
  • Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups.
  • Understand client business requirements, issues and priorities, and develop a solution that advances client business strategy.
  • Conducting training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using Binalyze.
  • Assist in sales pipeline building activities including attendance at live and/or virtual trade-shows and industry conferences, working with marketing / partners on webinars, events, and other activities specified by sales and management
  • Providing pre and post sales technical support for engagements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for operational readiness
  • Assist Sales Teams in creating product-related pre-sales materials by providing customer perspective.
  • Provide Proof-of-Concept (POC) environment and advising on design and implementation approaches to assess the feasibility of solutions and demonstrate to our clients how the product can be leveraged

What We're Looking For:

Do you possess the following qualities?

  • Experience: A proven track record in pre-sales or customer-facing consulting roles within cyber tech-based organizations, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with Sales teams to exceed sales quotas.
  • Outstanding Communicator: You can articulate deeply technical concepts in an impactful manner, engaging customers through persuasive presentations, captivating product demonstrations, and clear communication, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Champion of Value: You possess the skills to showcase the unique features, benefits, and value of our solutions to potential customers.
  • Technical Troubleshooter: Your ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues will be crucial in addressing customer concerns effectively. Collaborating with internal technical teams, you'll identify the root causes of problems and ensure seamless solutions.
  • Sales Savvy: An in-depth understanding of sales processes and how our solutions align with customer needs.
  • Customer-Centric: Your customer-centric mindset enables you to comprehend and address the distinctive requirements of potential clients effectively.
  • Self-Starter: Experience working in a remote-first company and/or with limited direction and guidance is highly regarded. We are seeking highly motivated and driven "builders" to join our close-knit team.
