Your Key Contributions
As a Senior Business Development Representative at our company, you will be a driving force in generating and managing leads, engaging potential customers, and collaborating with sales representatives to create and execute account-specific sales development plans. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of making Binalyze synonymous with cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead Management
- Generate, manage, and drive inbound and outbound leads to sales acceptance.
- Follow up on campaigns from marketing activities to generate meetings and sales-qualified pipelines.
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns and build cadences for target audiences.
Customer Engagement
- Identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Sales Development
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support and execute account-specific sales development plans.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Represent Binalyze at in person trade-shows and events across the US
Reporting and Documentation
- Accurately and promptly document and report sales development activities using internal systems.
KPIs Based on Target Achievement Metrics
- % based on meetings booked target that met required ICP
- % based on quality of leads target - Meetings that move through the pipeline towards PoV
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar role in the tech industry, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Experience working with marketing and sales teams to create and execute successful lead generation campaigns.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of cybersecurity solutions. Proven ability to navigate the sales process from lead generation to sales acceptance.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening skills to accurately understand customer needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, HubSpot)
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data. Strong problem-solving skills to identify obstacles and develop effective solutions.
- Self-Motivation and Resilience: Highly motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to self-motivate and maintain high productivity while working remotely.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Integrity and Growth Mindset: Makes ethical decisions and acts in the best interest of the users, customers, and the company. Demonstrated committed to continuous learning, feedback, and improvement.
