We’re looking for an exceptional People Experience Partner to shape and elevate the Binalyze employee journey and support the continued development of our high performance culture.

Your Key Contributions:
As a People Experience Partner at Binalyze, you’ll be at the heart of our people-first culture, managing and enhancing the employee experience across the entire lifecycle. You'll act as a trusted partner to our GTM teams, aligning people strategies with business goals and driving initiatives that reflect our values. Success in this role means blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, always with an eye on creating meaningful, scalable people practices for a global team.

What You'll Do:

  • People Partnering: Act as a trusted partner to our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing and Customer Success), guiding and advising on the best People strategies to drive performance and engagement in their teams.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Drive employee experience initiatives like a product, iterating on the Binalyzer journey with an agile, feedback-focused approach. Oversee everything from recruitment to offboarding for Binalyzers in the US and UK.
  • Champion DEI: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle.
  • Agile People Operations: Build efficient, scalable processes and programs that align with our remote-first model and which enhance operational effectiveness and Binalyzer engagement, wellbeing and performance.
  • HR Tech Stack Optimization: Oversee and manage our tech stack, including tools like BambooHR, Leapsome, and AwardCo, to ensure they are integrated, user-friendly, and support our remote-first model.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Use analytics to guide decisions, track progress and measure success across all people initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts for GTM roles in the US and UK, ensuring a people-first candidate experience, and support ongoing talent development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: You'll have a background in People Partner or People Operations roles with a focus on employee experience, particularly in tech or startup environments.
  • Legal Expertise: You'll be familiarity with employment laws in the UK, US, and Europe, but more importantly can adapt to learn quickly
  • Data Driven: You have a strong data-driven mindset, and often use analytics for decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Strong Communication: You establish trust quickly and can guide and coach leaders with warmth, empathy, and influence. Clear and engaging is critical in a remote-first environment - a strong focus on documentation and async communication is essential. You'll also need to be able to lead group discussions and deliver engaging training and development.
  • HR Tech Savvy: As our HR tech stack lead, you'll need be a super user for tools such as BambooHR, Leapsome, and GenAI tools, as well as automation and productivitity tools such as Zapier and Asana.
  • Agility & Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day tasks. If you are easily frustrated by changes in priorities then this role might not be the one for you.
  • Mindset: You love to learn, you are always looking for the latest approach, tool, method or approach. You have a growth-oriented outlook, and are resilient and motivated to continuously improve. You also have to have the self motivation to maintain your motivation and productivity while working remotely.
