About the role
We are seeking a product-minded Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both our product roadmap and technology strategy. You’ll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, the support to bring your ideas to life, and the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company.
What you will be doing
Building the Brandback app - you will redefine how shopping works in the age of AI.
Shipping new features to users on a weekly basis.
Designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.
Shaping product and solution architecture, contributing to discussions on UX, system design, and technology choices.
Owning your code in production, ensuring it runs reliably and efficiently - and that our users love it.
Leading and mentoring engineers as the team grows, fostering best practices and technical excellence.
Collaborating with founders and senior leadership to define and execute the technical roadmap.
Must have
Experience building full-stack systems that were impactful, innovative, or used at scale.
Experience working on ecommerce products, systems or payments integrations.
A big-picture mindset to diagnose problems and build innovative solutions quickly.
Proven experience leading software engineering projects in a scaling organisation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
Experience implementing ML/AI inference at scale.
