About the role

We are seeking a product-minded Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both our product roadmap and technology strategy. You’ll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, the support to bring your ideas to life, and the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company.

What you’ll be doing

• Building the Brandback app - you will redefine how ecommerce works in the age of AI.

• Shipping new features to users on a weekly basis.

• Designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.

• Shaping product and solution architecture, contributing to discussions on UX, system design, and technology choices.

• Owning your code in production, ensuring it runs reliably and efficiently - and that our users love it.

• Leading and mentoring engineers as the team grows, fostering best practices and technical excellence.

• Collaborating with founders and senior leadership to define and execute the technical roadmap.

What you'll need

• Experience building full-stack systems that were impactful, innovative, or used at scale.

• You are a builder. You are energized by seeing users interact with features you shipped.

• You are comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy, thriving in an environment where you define what to build and how to build it.

• Experience working on ecommerce, search or analytics systems.

• A big-picture mindset to diagnose problems and build innovative solutions quickly.

• Experience designing and shipping products powered by modern LLMs and AI APIs

• Proven experience leading software engineering projects in a scaling organisation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.

• Experience implementing ML/AI inference at scale.
