This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of digital content protection, working closely with our CTO, Head of Engineering and business stakeholders as part of the Product Team to develop cutting-edge solutions that address the challenges of brand protection.

Role
You'll be a key contributor in our product team setting ourselves up to industry standards of user experience, entrusted with elevating our product to the next level. In this role you will:
Elevate User Engagement with Innovative Design: You're not just creating visuals; you're crafting seamless and intuitive user journeys. From conducting user research and developing personas to designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, your work lays the foundation for our user engagement and satisfaction.
Set the Standards: Whether it's introducing new design methodologies, establishing a cohesive design system, or refining our user experience standards, you're at the forefront, ensuring we're keeping up with industry trends. You'll establish best practices for user-centered design, conduct thorough design reviews, and set the standards for creating accessible and inclusive interfaces.
Drive Product Innovation: With a strong eye for product, you're not afraid to make suggestions that shape the direction of our offerings. You'll collaborate closely with the engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that our design solutions align with user needs and business objectives. Your insights will directly influence our product roadmap and feature prioritization.
Navigate Ambiguity and Drive Clarity: In our dynamic startup environment, you'll adeptly gather and interpret information from a variety of sources—even when details are sparse or evolving. Your skill in navigating ambiguity will help bring clarity to complex projects, ensuring the team stays aligned and focused.

🔥 Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the design execution for all user-facing offerings ensuring all designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet user expectations.
- Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to align design solutions with user needs and business objectives, directly influencing product development and feature prioritization.
- Establish and maintain design standards by introducing new methodologies and creating a cohesive design system, ensuring accessible and inclusive interfaces across all digital platforms.
- Conduct user research and design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces to create intuitive user journeys that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Clarify design requirements by gathering and interpreting information from various sources, managing ambiguity to keep the team aligned and focused in a dynamic environment.
- Support and mentor junior designers, providing guidance to foster their professional growth and ensure consistency in design across projects.
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Experience with Design tools such as Figma.
- Experience as a UX designer, showcasing your previous work and skillset in a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your contribution to designing engaging user experiences.
- Good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.
- Thorough knowledge in the field of interaction design, visual design and (low & high fid) prototyping.
- Experience working closely with development teams and other stakeholders to implement designs.
- Knowledge of design systems and experience in building or maintaining one.
- Practical experience in conducting qualitative, quantitative user research and data-driven design decisions.
- Experience with motion design and creating engaging animations.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as they relate to UX.
- Prior experience in the brand protection
