We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (F/M/D) to join our HR team and drive the growth of CELUS by hiring top talent for both technical and commercial roles. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions
• Developing creative and innovative active sourcing and outreach strategies to attract the best talent globally
• Business partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their hiring needs and goals.
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and providing personalized feedback to candidates.
• Using data to make informed decisions and provide recruitment analytics.

• You have experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or inhouse), including experience hiring both tech and non-tech roles
• You are confident in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and comfortable embracing recruiter tech tools
• You are curious and open to learning about other HR activities, including employer branding, relocation and adaptation
• Experience with international recruiting and hiring in the US is highly advantageous
• You have a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
• You can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• You are an excellent communicator and fluent in English
