About This Role

We are looking for a Lead Recruiter & People Operations Partner to drive our hiring efforts while also playing a key role in shaping and enhancing our people operations. This role is 75% recruitment—owning the full-cycle hiring process, sourcing top talent, and building strong pipelines—and 25% people leadership, focused on rolling out key HR systems, managing employee experience, and fostering a strong company culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building high-performing teams, and wants to grow into a leadership role in talent acquisition and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment (75%)
    • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, from sourcing to offer stage, focusing on GTM roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective talent strategies.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
    • Improve and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging process.
    • Track key hiring metrics to measure success and continuously improve recruitment processes.
    • Collaborate with the employer branding team to position the company as a top employer.
  • People Leadership & Operations (25%)
    • Create a standardized process to manage performance and compensation across teams.
    • Manage employee experience, including onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
    • Help plan initiatives to promote team bonding and enhance company culture.
    • Contribute to a strong company culture, ensuring alignment with company values and fostering an inclusive and engaged workforce.
About You

We're looking for teammates who possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focused on GTM roles, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Understanding of sourcing techniques, hiring best practices, and talent market trends.
  • Experience creating and implementing basic HR processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and performance management platforms.
  • Passion for creating an outstanding candidate and employee experience.
  • Experience and desire to work in a startup environment
  • High energy, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
