At Earlybird, your projects, responsibilities, and tasks will likely include:

  • Coordinating all topics around office and facility management for our Munich-based team including alignment with relevant external vendors and service providers
  • Taking responsibility for reception and support of all (external) guests and meetings, ensuring a friendly and professional environment for all who come to our office
  • Supporting our partner leadership and employees with administrative and organizational projects or topics, including new employee Onboarding and (in-person and virtual) events
  • Implementing innovative solutions to improve office functionality and atmosphere
  • Receiving incoming phone calls, deliveries, mail, food, and beverages
  • Collaborating with the Earlybird colleagues in our offices in Berlin and London, as well as across our funds (Digital East, Health, and UNI-X)
  • Assisting our team with calendar management, travel planning, and expenses
What we hope you bring to the role:
  • Previous experience in office management and/or team assistance
  • Completed professional apprenticeship (for example, in tourism/hotels, secretarial duties, or similar) or relevant certification
  • Enjoyment of organization and structure
  • Feeling of ownership for a friendly and professional office culture
  • A client-first approach in all of your interactions with internal and external parties
  • Very strong organizational skills plus the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in German and English (French is a plus!)
  • Valid work permit for the European Union
