YOUR TASKS
  • Overseeing a fleet of mobile robots in industrial environments remotely via our web interface
  • Executing and monitoring quality tests with the robots on our test site
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring fast response times
  • Handling incidents during robot missions and documenting these
  • Controlling and navigating the robots remotely to resolve incidents
  • Contributing to different projects (e.g. reporting)
  • Communicating internally and with our customers through different channels
  • Writing incident tickets and coordinating within the support team in real-time
  • Supporting office management on-site by e.g. managing the test site
  • Enjoying flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer support needs
YOUR PROFILE
  • Enrolled student in technical field (e.g. Engineering / IT)
  • Passionate about Robotics and interested in working in a start-up
  • Independent way of working and trustworthy attitude
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • You are able mainly work onsite from our office in Darmstadt
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Further language skills in German, Chinese, French, Spanish or Italian are an advantage
  • Experience with ROS, Linux, C++ and/or Python is a plus
