• Overseeing a fleet of mobile robots in industrial environments remotely via our web interface
• Handling incidents during robot missions and documenting these
• Executing and monitoring quality tests with the robots on our test site
• Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring fast response times
• Building and updating our knowledge base
• Gather customer feedback and insights, and share them with the relevant teams to contribute to product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
• Controlling and navigating the robots remotely to resolve incidents

• Passionate about Robotics and interested in working in a start-up
• Independent way of working and trustworthy attitude
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• You are able to work onsite in our office in Darmstadt daily

• Further language skills in German, Chinese, French, Spanish or Italian are an advantage
• A degree in a field of Engineering / IT would be helpful
• Experience with ROS, Linux, C++ and/or Python is a plus
