YOUR TASKS
- Work daily with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of robots in the field
- Prepare & execute onsite trials, demos & deployments including training
- Be the first point of contact for our customers to understand and enable their vision and support their day-to-day robot operation tasks
- Provide support onsite at our customers to understand and identify the root causes of issues
- Work closely with the technical operations and support teams to ensure a successful customer journey
- Demonstrate ER software & different robot platforms to customers remotely & onsite
- Provide technical expertise and support to assist the sales team during customer workshops on- & offline
- Lead regular customer meetings to keep track of project vision and progress
