We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment & People Ops Working Student (m/f/d) to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources operations within a fast-paced, innovative tech company. As a working student, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, enhancing the candidate experience, and assisting with various HR processes.

• Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications, coordinate interview schedules and potentially conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (Personio) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs, career events, and university partnerships.
• People Operations:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
