Account Executive (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
- Drive new business acquisition with high-value Oil & Gas end users identified as strategic for our AI Software solution.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across executive, commercial, technical, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solution design, value articulation, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute regional Go-To-Market strategies to accelerate pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a robust, predictable pipeline, leveraging both inbound and outbound leads.
- Collaborate internally (e.g. with Customer Success and Product teams) to ensure successful adoption and measurable customer impact.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting in addition to revenue reporting.
- Establish repeatable sales playbooks to scale success across accounts and regions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales with technical products.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas through hunting and growing enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including executive alignment and commercial negotiations.
- Experience navigating contracting and procurement processes in large enterprises.
- Strong ability to articulate business value of AI-driven platforms to technical and commercial audiences.
- Entrepreneurial, structured, and capable of building processes in a scaling environment.
- Regional expertise with willingness to travel to engage key decision-makers.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
