We are a growing team looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate in the Finance department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road logistics. The role is located in our Wrocław office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As Accounts Receivable Associate you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting our Finance Ops Teams, invoicing customers, reporting, analysing data, etc. You will be working closely with the Finance Ops Team pays great attention to details to meet customer needs. In this role, you will ...
- Support our Finance Ops Team making sure all AR policies are followed
- Be responsible for invoicing customers and responding to billing related requests
- Participate in cash collection procedures
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available
- Be working on financial reports and double-checking data provided
- Make invoice corrections, analyse data and monitor client’s invoice requests
- Collect transport documents and check their completeness and correctness
- Analyse data and prepare financial reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- Experience in a similar position would be nice to have
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Curiosity about numbers combined with a drive for making reports
- Analytical mind as well as a sharp eye for details
- Fluent Polish and good knowledge of English
- Meticulous and conscientious personality
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Ability to multitask
