We are a growing team looking for a Customer Logistics & Operations Specialist to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office. The role will be part of sennder Italia’s Ops. Quality Team, which is focused on the improvement of our operational processes and their quality.
WHAT YOU WILL DO ...
  • Deploy quality compliance standards through data and documents acquisition, verification and monitoring through Salesforce and other internal and external CRM tools
  • Collaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, to improve processes, automation and feedback implementation, and drive new initiatives to meet and exceed business requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with the senior quality managers and operations teams to ensure access to data and insights, managing deadlines in a timely and organized manner
  • Manage relationships with carriers, proactively addressing critical situations and resolving issues via both email and phone when needed.
  • Handle complaints, escalations, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and maintain transparent communication across all stakeholders
PREFERABLY YOU ARE:
  • Knowledgeable about operations and supply chain management fundamentals (logistics, forecasting, planning, optimization), either gained through work experience or through academic education (graduate degree)
  • Experienced in customer care/service, comfortable communicating efficiently both in writing and over the phone with carriers
  • Highly empathetic, with strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • An excellent communicator in Italian (and English), skilled at building trusted relationships with all stakeholders
