We groeien snel en zijn op zoek naar een Operations Specialist om ons team in Amsterdam te versterken en mee te bouwen aan onze missie: het wegtransport en de logistiek van morgen vormgeven.
WAT HOUDT DE FUNCTIE IN
Als Operations Specialist ben jij de spil tussen onze vervoerders en klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, van het plannen van transporten tot het opbouwen van langdurige partnerschappen met onze carriers. Je neemt de operationele verantwoordelijkheid over ons vervoerders netwerk op, helpt het verder uit te breiden, en draagt bij aan het doel onze partners de beste service te bieden.
Wat ga je doen:
- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze vervoerders en zorgt samen met je team voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van transporten
- Je coördineert ladingen, onderhandelt vrachtprijzen en bewaakt dat alles volgens planning verloopt
- Je bouwt sterke relaties op met nationale én internationale transportpartners, en identificeert nieuwe samenwerkingen waar nodig
- Het analyseren van knelpunten in onze processen en dit vertalen naar inzichten en verbeteracties
- Je werkt nauw samen met Account Managers om de klanttevredenheid continu te waarborgen en naar een nieuw niveau te tillen

- Idealiter ervaring binnen expeditie of transport (met focus op vervoerders)
- Plezier in het oplossen van complexe logistieke puzzels
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om goed te schakelen tussen verschillende taken
- Veerkracht en stressbestendig
- Een echte teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
