We are a growing team looking for a Key Account Manager to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Manchester office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible to drive growth and maximize retention of a portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for customer advocacy, driving continuous improvement and collaborating to deliver on customer commitments across multiple teams and geographies. In this role, you will …

Expand relationships across departments in the customer supply chain.
Leverage SME networks for product and service line opportunity development.
Manage an active opportunity pipeline to drive market share growth.
Conduct business reviews to identify new growth opportunities using data insights.
Utilize strategic negotiation for complex pricing discussions with customers.
Analyze customer data to create viable supply chain solutions collaboratively.
Represent digital solutions through technology and analytics application.
Advocate for customer needs within the organization to ensure proper resource alignment.
Conduct financial reviews and implement solutions for process improvement and cost avoidance.
Ensure adherence to AR processes and manage customer feedback proactively.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

Minimum 6 years of experience in sales and/or account management
Strong track record managing shipper portfolios and delivering measurable results related to the limited business operations being transitioned.
Proven high performance in the past year
Ability to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally)
Demonstrates and drives a data driven approach
Demonstrated influencing, negotiation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions
