WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a working student in the Office Management team, you will be supporting our Senior Office Manager when it comes to front desk coverage and workplace management. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, service providers and employees, and therefore an important representative of our company and its values. You will interact with various internal stakeholders (People, Finance, IT, etc.) and contribute to our sennder culture by proactively tackling challenges and adding value to our office life. - Welcome Guests and Vendors: Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional greeting to ensure a positive experience.
- Foster a Positive Office Environment: Proactively maintain a happy, healthy, and productive office atmosphere by independently managing the procurement and stocking of beverages, fruits, snacks, and essential office supplies.
- Organize and Maintain Office Space: Take ownership of the office organization to ensure a tidy, efficient, and welcoming workspace for all team members.
- Address Maintenance and Operational Issues: Identify, escalate, and resolve maintenance issues and other common office challenges as they arise, demonstrating initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
- Support Office Management: Collaborate with the Office Management team by assisting with various administrative and operational tasks, managing priorities effectively, and contributing to a seamless office operation.

- Excellent German and English language skills
- Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
