As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a sharp and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Bucharest.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial planning, month-end reporting, procurement processes, payroll coordination, and performance management across our fast-moving organization.
In this role, you will:
- Support budgeting & forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis across multiple business units
- Contribute to month-end close, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and insights
- Manage the ZIP procurement workflow, validating business cases and ensuring budget alignment
- Support the payroll process by coordinating monthly payroll inputs, validating accuracy, and collaborating with HR and Accounting to ensure timely submission
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance management discussions with stakeholders
- Build dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, and work with NetSuite for financial data
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ~2+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance function
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Experience with Power BI, NetSuite, ZIP (or similar procurement/ERP tools)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- A team player excited to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven scale-up environment
