We are a growing team looking for a Disponente ufficio traffico Night in the Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
- Continuously source and develop transport capacity by proactively contacting existing and potential carriers
- Expand and diversify the national carrier network, ensuring operational flexibility and coverage
- Maintain ongoing relationships with carriers to secure capacity availability in line with shipment volumes
- Assess and onboard new carriers based on performance, reliability, and compliance criteria
- Support negotiations and pricing
- Monitor carrier performance and propose improvement actions or replacements when necessary
- Collaborate with the Operations team to anticipate demand peaks and capacity constraints
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics;
- 1-2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road domestic
- The ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English.
- Great details attention and an organized approach;
- Fun solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment;
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress.
