Essential Key Responsibilities
- Nurture inbound leads from marketing responses, chat, webforms and phone inquiries
- Contact leads, identify pain points, goals, budget, and schedule meetings or demos with Account Executives
- Convey Dun & Bradstreet's value through phone conversations and bulleted emails
- Qualify leads based off of Budget Authority Need and Timeline (BANT) and pass to the appropriate internal Sales Channel
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dun & Bradstreet's product features, functionality, and benefits
- Use CRM to capture all sales activity and maintain accurate customer records
- Work closely with Account Executives for seamless customer experience through handoff
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Associate's Degree: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years

- Strong desire to build a career in sales
- Ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversations at all levels of management
- Ability to gain deep product knowledge and continually learn new features, applications, and more
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to be coachable with a high sense of curiosity and creativity
- Ability to work with CRM software
- Proficiency with Excel and other MS Suite programs
