Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition for ESG solutions across assigned territory and industry segments with major focus on BFSI
- Build and nurture relationships with CXO/CFO-level stakeholders to promote ESG offerings such as sustainability reports, carbon accounting, ESG ratings, and impact assessments
- Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate profiling, sectoral studies, and ESG consulting engagements
- Organize and lead theme-based events/webinars to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ESG solutions
- Understand client needs and align ESG solutions with their sustainability goals and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- Post-graduate with 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ESG or sustainability consulting
- Strong professional network and established connections within the BFSI sector
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, carbon markets, and sustainability reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Good excel hygiene is mandatory
- Experience in cracking sales closures primarily in the large-corporate segment
