Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets from NBFCs, FinTechs, and digital lenders
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new institutional clients while expanding business from existing relationships
- Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting, qualification, requirement mapping, product demonstration, proposal creation, pricing negotiation, and closure
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, data analytics, operations, risk, and legal) to design tailored solutions for client requirements
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and senior leadership within client organizations to drive long-term engagement and growth
- Track client performance, satisfaction, and usage metrics to ensure retention and renewals
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging fintech models, and regulatory developments to the leadership team
- Support product and strategy teams with feedback from the market to enhance offerings and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry forums, fintech events, and client roundtables to enhance brand visibility
- Maintain accurate records in CRM for pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking
Key Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred
- 10–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management preferably in Credit Bureau/Financial Information Services/Fintech/NBFC/Banking Technology/Data Analytics or SaaS for BFSI sector
- Prior experience in handling enterprise and strategic accounts as an individual contributor
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office tools and data-driven reporting
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision
- Deep understanding of the lending ecosystem — MSME, digital lending, co-lending, risk scoring, and regulatory frameworks
