Sales Executive - Small & Medium Enterprise Accounts (Partner's Payroll)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition across designated geographies, targeting SME and MSME organizations (₹1–30 Cr turnover).
- Screen and evaluate databases shared by the pre‑sales team to identify relevant decision-makers including Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads using platforms such as company websites, online research, and LinkedIn.
- Engage potential prospects through structured phone calls, present product offerings effectively, and schedule follow‑up or periodic meetings.
- Maintain strong daily productivity by making 60–70 outbound calls per day.
- Demonstrate proven ability to drive closures through telephonic sales, particularly within the MSME customer segment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and effective probing techniques to understand client needs and facilitate successful acquisitions.
- Prepare and share daily call status/MIS reports summarizing clients contacted, new companies added, and progress updates; submit calling sheets to associates in the required format.
- Report all sales activities on a daily basis and support the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle (from order entry to dispatch), excluding physical document collection.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of experience in business development.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with the ability to engage and build relationships with C‑level executives.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work comfortably with data and reports.
