Strategic Account Manager (R-18775)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition within the assigned territory
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, where applicable, ensuring consistent and coordinated engagement
- Maintain accurate daily reporting of all sales activities and progress
- Lead business development initiatives by fostering strong relationships with corporate clients and securing MoUs for services such as Self-Ratings, Corporate Profiling, Sectoral Study Reports, Business Information Reports, and D-U-N-S Verified Reports
- Plan and execute theme-based events to attract participation from CXO/CFO-level stakeholders as part of the customer acquisition strategy
- Take full ownership of accounts receivable within the designated region, ensuring timely collections
- Share industry insights regularly and maintain ongoing engagement with clients through courtesy meetings and relationship-building efforts
Key Requirements:
- Graduate or post-graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements effectively
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation capabilities suited for a global corporate environment
- Willingness to travel beyond city limits as required for business interests
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
