Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development / Customer Acquisition in assigned territory.
- Cracking sales closures via calling the clients (tele sales) and meetings (virtual / in-person) primarily in the MSME segment.
- Explore opportunities of upselling accounts through Cross- Sell/Upsell via other D&B product & offerings.
- Daily reporting on all sales activity.
- Responsible for driving individual and team targets.
- Ensuring efficiency and productivity every day for self and team.
- Daily reporting and managing all sales activity for self and team.
Key Requirements:
- Post-graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development (some experience of handling a team would be preferred).
- Strong experience in B2B sales primarily in MSME Segment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and telephonic probing skills.
- Experience in managing end-to-end sales cycle.
- Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
