Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate leadership on India data domain for enterprise data across business firmographics, company financials, compliance data, and alternate data
- Conceptualize new data products for India Market with keen eye on revenue potential, competition benchmarking and data partnerships
- Lead initiatives on data quality management, tracking data quality KPIs and work with global teams for improvement measures
- Lead a team of 3 - 4 data professionals and ensure team objectives, project tracking and deliverable management are done
- Lead data processing and data ingestion projects for D&B’s Data Cloud as part of the global data operations
- Contribute to data automation projects as part of the technical team to reduce all manual data processing tasks
- Strong hands-on experience with Cloud, Databricks, SQL, RDBMS, PySpark/Python and other data technologies.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in roles such as Data Operations Lead, Product Lead, or Data Engineering Lead.
- BE/B.Tech, MBA, or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution
- Strong business communication skills in English and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience in India Market Data Operations within Data Startups, Business Information Companies, or Credit Rating Agencies.
