PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Creating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sustained sales and revenue growth across the local market, across a combination of new business and existing cross-sell, with particular focus on D&B’s key products and solutions.
- Be a key contact point for a portfolio of FI and NBFI clients (Banks, Insurance, Securities Services, FinTech, Funds) to explore business development, strategic collaboration and sales opportunities.
- Executing a strategy which focuses on strategic clients and partners in order to maximise client engagement and drive revenue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within both existing and new accounts.
- Identifying business opportunities, growing sales and fostering strong relationships with the clients.
- Fostering engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders in Product & Solutions, Client Success, Marketing and other teams to drive new thinking and opportunities.
- Working closely with the marketing function to evaluate market trends and dynamics, competitor activities and customer requirements to keep D&B as a market leader.
- Building relationships with Global Account Managers and other relevant senior decision makers across our strategic customers.
- Maintaining high standards for sales operational cadence including account planning, QBRs, SFDC etc.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Proven experience of working effectively in sales/business development roles with FI/NBFI client base.
- Unphased by being accountable for a multi-million USD business and driving high digit growth.
- A prolific communicator with track record of engaging clients and influencing successful outcomes.
- A talent-obsessed, solution seller with the ability to inspire and take others on a journey.
- Track record of implementing successful market strategies leading to strong revenue growth and market development.
- Social media savvy with energy, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency.
- Confidence and maturity to gain instant credibility and influence.
- Business-related degree.
