Business Unit- Learning & Economic Insights Group (LEIG)
Function: Operations
Location: Mumbai, BKC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes end‑to‑end corporate events—both physical and virtual—across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless planning and delivery.
  • Engages and acquires speakers by presenting LEIG concepts to key decision‑makers across industries, while maintaining strong relationships and an updated speaker database, especially within Finance, IT, Operations, and related sectors.
  • Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance synergy, drive project success, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with the audience acquisition teams to meet client expectations for Dun & Bradstreet events.
  • Travels for on‑ground event coordination, ensuring smooth and timely execution at D&B events.
  • Works with the marketing team to create, finalize, and dispatch event collaterals to respective locations.
  • Designs content for HTML mailers, social media posts, and event invites using various online tools.
  • Monitors and manages project costs, partnering with finance teams for timely invoice processing and payment closures.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in managing corporate events, including large‑scale on‑ground activations across diverse industries.
  • Strong expertise in planning and executing webinars and virtual events across multiple digital platforms.
  • Proven track record in speaker acquisition, outreach, and relationship management with industry leaders and decision‑makers.
  • Excellent business communication skills—both verbal and written—with strong presentation capabilities suited for a global corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, transparent, and trust‑driven team culture that encourages creativity and cohesive teamwork.
  • Solid vendor management experience, including onboarding, coordination, and performance oversight.
  • Highly customer‑focused, result‑oriented, and skilled at influencing and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
