Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front‑end client interactions and represent the solutioning team in strategic discussions.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver pitch materials tailored to specific client requirements.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of client needs and craft highly customized, impact-driven proposals.
- Conduct comprehensive competitor assessments to evaluate offerings, pricing models, and market positioning.
- Identify emerging opportunities based on market trends, client pain points, and gaps in competitor capabilities.
- Create competitive advantage presentations that highlight key differentiators and strategic strengths.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Data, Research, and Training to align internal capabilities with client needs.
- Develop compelling, data-backed solution narratives that support business goals.
- Drive cross-team collaboration to accelerate deal progression and closure.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders—both internal and external—with clarity, confidence, and strategic alignment.
- Lead alignment discussions, briefing sessions, and decision-making forums to ensure seamless progress.
- Build strong working relationships to enable effective communication and timely deliverables.
- Apply expertise in business development and financial solutioning to uncover new opportunities.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitive landscapes.
- Support the creation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and thought leadership content.
Key Requirements
- MBA in Finance or Marketing with 5+ years of experience in solutioning, business development, or client engagement roles.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead strategic discussions, and drive high‑impact client engagements.
- Strong command of MS Excel (analysis, pricing, commercial terms) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations), with the ability to conduct commercial conversations with Finance teams.
- Excellent communication, strong relationship building, and the ability to interpret complex client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Adept at storyboarding, solution design, and working across cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments with a focus on accelerating deals.
- Experience in thought leadership, content solutioning, data-driven projects, and research for proposals, presentations, and industry insights
