Business Unit- Products
Function: Operations
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and process orders accurately across multiple products.
  • Validate mandatory data, pricing, documentation, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing details, billing issues, and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers for billing‑related clarifications.
  • Prepare daily MIS reports, track pending orders, and reconcile daily requests vs. processed orders.
  • Support system enhancements, UAT testing, and process documentation updates.
  • Manage exceptions, duplicate orders, and Do‑Not‑Charge cases with proper approvals.
  • Assist during month‑end/quarter‑end closures and perform ad‑hoc operational tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant of experience with bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Quote‑to‑Cash (QTC) cycle, including orders, billing, invoicing, credit, and revenue processes.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to interpret contracts, pricing structures, and order documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong cross‑functional coordination abilities.
  • Customer‑centric approach with strong problem‑solving capability.
