Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and long‑term growth priorities.
- Optimize end‑to‑end marketing spend by recommending the most relevant solutions from the D&B Bouquet across markets, customer segments, and channels. Act as a trusted advisor to CMOs and senior stakeholders, guiding them on budget planning, investment optimization, and strategic decision‑making.
- Define clear market and account strategies for both new and existing clients to drive sustained business impact.
- Oversee the onboarding of new accounts by setting strategic direction, establishing success metrics, and building strong operational frameworks.
- Mentor, coach, and guide team members to ensure high standards in strategic planning, execution quality, and client delivery
- Support organizational growth initiatives by contributing to pitch development, solution design, and the acquisition of new strategic accounts.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, spend allocation, and account planning
- Proven CMO-level stakeholder management experience
- Background in media, marketing, consulting, or strategy-led environments
- Team leadership experience with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
