Executive Operations (Partner's Payroll)

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear solution ideas and outlines.
- Support senior solution leaders by preparing draft proposals, storyboards, and concept notes.
- Participate in client discussions, capture key requirements, and summarize outcomes.
- Conduct market and business research, including industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Create clear documentation such as meeting notes, requirement documents, and client‑ready presentations.
- Develop structured, visually strong PowerPoint decks with data‑backed insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, timelines, and smooth execution.
- Support project tracking, proposal submissions, and event preparations.
Key Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or Marketing from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development research, market analysis, or solution‑oriented roles.
- Exposure to the finance domain, emerging technologies, and company/industry research.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, charts, pivots) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
