Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze customer patterns and needs to enable personalized engagement.
- Deliver advanced product demos and scenario-based walkthroughs.
- Conduct client-specific training to maximize product adoption.
- Act as the primary contact for client queries and drive timely issue resolution.
- Build strong client relationships through regular strategic interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish best practices.
- Identify at-risk customers and execute retention strategies.
Key Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related role with Bachelor's/ Master’s degree.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and advanced customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience handling senior-level client interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools is an additional advantage.
